Job summary

ADT is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes across the United States. You will build trust, explain products, and tailor systems to fit clients' spaces while traveling within a designated territory.

You’ll receive uncapped commissions, training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, tech‑savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and driven to succeed.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers, becoming a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads.
