Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions by visiting customers at their homes. You will explain products, tailor installations, and build trust as a trusted advisor for families and businesses across the territory.

This role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive training. Earn $95,000–$150,000 in commissions, with up to $4,000 during the first 8 weeks of training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; location-based licensing may be needed.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; thrives on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: By showing up with integrity, empathy, and expertise, you will become a reliable advisor customers can count on, both during the sale and long after the installation.
• Customize each system to fit your client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety technology in ways that work for them.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm that commitments were fulfilled and to generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
