ADT Security Services is seeking a sales advisor to visit customers in their homes, explain our security and smart home solutions, and tailor recommendations to fit each space. You will work in a dynamic, client-focused environment across Houston and surrounding areas.

You’ll build trust, demonstrate value, and drive solutions while collaborating with customers and teammates. Expect uncapped commissions, training support, and ongoing career growth in a fast-paced sales role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: become a reliable advisor during sales and post-installation.
• Customize each system to fit client’s space and needs, integrating security, automation and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads.
