Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions in a dynamic home environment. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control while following established wired/wireless procedures.

Responsibilities include testing system signals with central monitoring and delivering customer-focused support to ensure protection and peace of mind for clients.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Service experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude needed.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Customer-focused and goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions.
• Support fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring.
