Invitation Homes in Seattle is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You will handle multiple trades, complete ProCare visits, and use the maintenance app to document work and schedule follow-up visits.

The role requires 2-5+ years of residential repairs, OSHA 10, EPA/HVAC certifications a plus, valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; residential repairs experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required within 90 days if not already certified.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal HVAC certification a plus; CPO certification also a plus.
• Excellent customer service and strong verbal/written communication; bilingual is a plus.
• Comfort with mobile devices and owner-occupant interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests across multiple trades in homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
• Complete ProCare visits with proactive maintenance and repairs.
• Document work via maintenance app and schedule follow-up visits.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Inspect properties and alert management to urgent items.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns; use company tools safely.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and be available for occasional weekends/holidays.
