Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance work in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding customer service to residents.

The role covers multiple trades, proactive maintenance, and educating residents on home systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency. A valid driver's license and OSHA 10 are required, with certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years of residential repairs and maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required; 90 days to complete if not current.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal, HVAC, and pool (CPO) certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests across multiple trades.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Perform ProCare visits and proactive maintenance in residents' homes.
• Educate residents on responsibilities and home systems.
• Repair in vacant properties during turn or market readiness.
• Adhere to Invitation Homes safety guidelines.
