Job summary

EchoStar, a leading connectivity provider, is hiring a Field Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage, troubleshoot issues, and promote additional services while maintaining a clean, professional work area.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility to travel, and physical capability to handle ladders and lifting. Compensation reflects hourly pay with potential overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license due to company vehicle travel.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift weight, and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
