Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on device usage and opportunities for additional services, while maintaining a professional, safe work environment.

Expect training, career growth, and competitive pay with benefits. The role requires travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus with strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell where helpful.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and stay connected with the team.
