Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Field Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes, educating customers on usage and offering additional services when helpful.

You’ll visit homes, keep a neat work area, and maintain a professional attitude while working independently and staying connected with the team. Training will be provided to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Schedule flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and determination.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
