Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and offer additional services as appropriate, while maintaining a professional appearance and safe work practices.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel and work flexible hours, and the ability to handle physical tasks and weather conditions. EchoStar provides training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Schedule flexibility; willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lbs.
• Customer focus to build trust and create a great experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for on‑the‑spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and variable weather.
• Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
