EchoStar is hiring a Field Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on device use and opportunities for additional services, while keeping a neat, professional workspace and collaborating with the team.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel as needed, and a customer-focused approach to solve problems in varying environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders and lift.
• Strong customer focus and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay connected with the team while working independently.
