Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Home Technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You will work independently while staying connected with a team, upholding a high standard of service.

Requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and physical capability to handle ladders and heavy lifting. Compensation reflects hourly pay with benefits and promotional avenues.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
