Job summary

EchoStar is looking for field technicians to visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You’ll maintain professionalism on the job and collaborate with a team to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet the 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus and ability to build trust and create a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving and determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently and with the team.
