Job summary

EchoStar is hiring field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and promote additional services while maintaining a clean, professional work area.

You will travel to sites, work with regional offices, and stay connected with the team for best-in-class service. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused to build trust and create a great experience.
• Able to solve problems on the spot and adapt to changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
