Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and available services, while maintaining a clean work area and professional demeanor both independently and within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell additional services.
• Maintain a clean work area and professional attitude while working independently and with the team.
