Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes. You will teach customers how to use their tech and identify opportunities for additional services, while maintaining a professional, independent working style and staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities include safe handling of equipment, documenting work, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift weight, and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on how to use technology and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace and collaborate with the team while working independently.
