Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will teach customers how to use the tech and may promote additional services, while keeping a clean, professional stance.

Responsibilities include visiting homes, solving problems on-site, and collaborating with the team to ensure a world-class customer experience. Valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy items, and handle tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on usage and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, safe work environment while coordinating with the team.
