Job summary

EchoStar is hiring field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on using their tech and promote additional services as needed, while maintaining a clean, professional work behavior and strong teamwork.

Reliable training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth are provided. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, diagnose and resolve issues, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes.
• Educate customers on using their tech and upsell additional services when helpful.
