Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a skilled installation and service technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and teach customers how to use their technology.

You’ll maintain a professional demeanor, keep a clean work area, and coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality service. The role offers growth, comprehensive benefits, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; travel to customer sites.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
