Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an in-home technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' residences. You will educate customers on usage and potential add-ons while maintaining a clean, professional workspace and coordinating with your team.

Role requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends. Travel to customer sites is expected, with comprehensive benefits and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Willingness to travel; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
