Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and upsell additional services when appropriate, while maintaining professionalism and safety in all environments.

The role involves visiting homes, traveling as needed, and working shifts that may include evenings or weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and customer-service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible shifts.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while collaborating with the team.
