Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will teach customers how to use their devices and suggest additional services, while maintaining a tidy work area and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include resolving issues on-site, traveling as needed, and collaborating with the team to ensure a world‑class customer experience. Training and benefits are provided, with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Willingness to travel and work varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, handle weight limits.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
