Job summary

EchoStar is seeking field Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes across the United States. You’ll visit homes, diagnose issues, and introduce customers to innovative smart home solutions.

You’ll learn step-by-step installation techniques, stay professional while working independently, and coordinate with the team to deliver a world-class customer experience. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Willingness to travel; shift flexibility, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to changing tasks and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services.
• Keep a clean work area and stay professional while working independently yet connected with the team.
