Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and new services while maintaining a clean, professional work ethic.

This role supports a fast-paced, customer-focused team and requires independent work with team collaboration. Training is provided, and employees receive a company vehicle, uniforms, and tools.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Schedule flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
