Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Technician to install and service DISH and smart home products in customers’ homes, and to help customers understand how to use their systems. You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring clean, professional setups.

The role includes paid training, benefits, a company vehicle, and opportunities for growth with automatic pay increases and performance-based rewards. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel as needed; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
