Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and ensure a smooth setup.

You’ll teach customers how to use their tech, upsell where helpful, and keep a clean, professional work area while collaborating with the team. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required, with physical ability to handle equipment and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused who can troubleshoot and resolve issues in-home.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in varied environments.

Responsibilities
