Job summary

EchoStar is dialing in the future of connectivity, delivering satellite TV, streaming, smart home services, and mobile plans. Technicians visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, teaching customers how to use their tech and offering additional services when helpful.

You’ll work independently with support from the team, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across a broad range of homes and environments.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle to customer sites
• Demonstrates customer focus and problem-solving skills
• Must be adaptable and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
• Educate customers on using their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team
