Job summary

EchoStar is expanding its home tech service footprint. As a Technician, you’ll visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, teaching customers how to use the technology and suggesting additional services.

You’ll work independently but stay connected with the team, maintain a clean workspace, and enjoy comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean record
• Flexible schedule; travel as needed (evenings/weekends/holidays)
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving
• Determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
• Teach customers how to use the tech and upsell services when helpful
• Maintain a clean work area and stay connected with the team while working independently
