Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on how to use their devices and offer additional services when helpful, maintaining a clean, professional work area while collaborating with the team.

You’ll travel to customer sites, may work evenings or weekends, and will be rewarded with paid training and growth opportunities as you deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; company vehicle travel to sites.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical requirements: climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit up to 335 lbs.
• Customer focus, problem solving, and adaptability are essential.
