Job summary

EchoStar is looking for a skilled Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home devices in customers’ homes. You’ll guide customers on using their tech and suggest valuable add-on services for enhanced home connectivity.

You’ll travel to client sites, keep a tidy work area, and maintain a professional attitude while collaborating with teammates for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required for driving company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Schedule flexibility; willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, maintain weight limit.
• Customer-focused attitude to build trust and create great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and all weather conditions.
• Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and propose additional services when helpful.
