Job summary

EchoStar is redefining connectivity by delivering satellite TV, streaming, smart home services, mobile plans, and related products. Our Technicians install and service DISH equipment and smart home solutions at customers' homes, teaching users how to operate the tech and recommending additional services when beneficial.

You’ll travel to customer sites, maintain professionalism, and work both independently and with the team to ensure top-notch customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
