Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
