Vivint Smart Home seeks a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home systems while proactively identifying upsell opportunities on-site. You’ll represent a national team, delivering safe, high-quality installations and training customers on new technology.

Qualifications

• A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-First Attitude: Ability to act with integrity while building rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience in cable or satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative Sales: Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Customer Education: Training homeowners on how to use their new system to help protect their families.
• Growth: Benefiting from consistent coaching and leadership training to advance within our national organization.
