Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer homes. You will evaluate homes on-site, recommend upgrades, and help customers understand their systems for peace of mind.

This role combines technical work with consultative sales, offering on-the-job training, a four-day work week option, a company vehicle for work, and ongoing growth within our national organization.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service sales is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements.
• Technical aptitude for installation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and upsell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate homeowners on system use to protect their families.
• Seek coaching and growth within the national organization.
