Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. You will evaluate customer homes, recommend upgrades, and close on-site sales while educating homeowners on how to use their new systems.

The role includes paid training, a company vehicle with gas card, and a 4/10 work schedule. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, and physical lifting is involved.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Conduct consultative on-site sales to evaluate homes and recommend upgrades.
Educate customers on using their new systems and ensure peace of mind.
Pursue growth through coaching and leadership opportunities within the national organization.
