Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology while proactively identifying and selling upgrade solutions. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering on-site installations, educating customers on system use, and providing outstanding service in a nationally recognized team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or B2C sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable or satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to help protect their families.
• Growth through coaching and leadership training within the national organization.
