Vivint, a leading smart home company, seeks a Field Service Technician to install and service smart home technology and proactively identify upgrade opportunities. You will function in customers' homes, delivering consultative sales and ensuring protection and peace of mind for families.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work mixed with on-site sales, with ongoing coaching and opportunities for growth within a national team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background check and licensing requirements per law.
• Sales mindset and customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to work a 4/10 schedule including Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras and smart home devices.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on system operation to protect their families.
