Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, seeks Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home tech and proactively identify upgraded solutions on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering security and convenience to customers while building relationships.

The role emphasizes a sales mindset, customer-first attitude, and technical aptitude, with comprehensive training and a path for advancement in a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• A Sales Mindset: experience in retail, B2C sales, or service sales is a plus.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude related to home installation or smart devices is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative on-site sales: evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system usage to maximize protection and peace of mind.
• Pursue growth opportunities through coaching and leadership development.
