Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is a leading smart home provider in the United States. We are seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install smart home tech and upsell upgraded solutions while building trust with customers.

You will represent a nationally recognized brand and enjoy comprehensive training and performance incentives. The role emphasizes technical installation and consultative sales at customer homes, with a take-home vehicle, gas card, and ongoing leadership

Qualifications

Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
Strong customer rapport and integrity when dealing with diverse customers.
Technical installation experience in home systems is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Evaluate customer homes to recommend upgrades and sell services on-site.
Educate homeowners on using their new system for protection and peace of mind.
Receive coaching and opportunities for advancement within the national organization.
