Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology and, on-site, identify opportunities to upgrade services for total peace of mind. You will represent the face of Vivint and participate in a nationwide team focused on safety and smart home excellence.

The role blends technical installation with consultative sales, requiring a driver’s license and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• A Sales Mindset: Retail/B2C or service-based sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Customer-First Attitude: Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience in cable/satellite installation, construction, or related fields is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and systems on-site.
• Conduct consultative sales by evaluating customer homes and recommending upgrades.
• Educate customers on system operation and ongoing use.
