Qualifications

• A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in related field helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer sites.
• Evaluate homes to recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on system use to protect their families.
• Grow professionally through coaching and leadership development.
