Job summary

Siemens offers a Building Automation Systems Project Management Internship in the Miami area. The 10‑week program targets undergraduates in related fields, with 40 hours per week of hands‑on training across project management, sales, and service rotations.

Starting dates in May or June 2027, this paid internship provides exposure to HVAC, fire/safety, security, and energy systems, plus access to 401K contributions. Visa restrictions apply, and housing not included.

Qualifications

• Must be current undergraduate at a 4-year US college.
• Pursuing Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Energy/Sustainability built environment.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week for the 10-week program (May–July or June–August).
• No visa sponsorship (F1/J1/M1/H1B/OPT/CPT) for this program.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications, drawings, and documents to establish a project delivery plan.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and coordinate with the team.
• Manage procurement of supplies and materials.
• Track labor resources and project progress; pursue change-order opportunities.
• Rotate through other departments to understand branch operations.
