Job summary

Siemens Mobility offers a Building Automation Solutions Sales Internship for Summer 2027, a 10‑week program at a local branch focusing on smart buildings and sustainable infrastructure. Start dates include May 17, May 24, June 7, and June 14, 2027, with a 40‑hour work week.

You will assist with lead generation, proposals, CRM data, shadow sales calls, and collaborate with operations across Building Automation, Fire/Safety, Security, and Energy systems.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a US 4-year college.
• Majors include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Eng., Energy/Sustainability, Built Environment, Construction Management or Business Administration/Sales with technical aptitude.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week program (May–July or June–August).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Managers and Executives in the local branch.
• Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data by tracking leads and maintaining data accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to drive growth.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
• Rotate through core segments: Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security, Energy/Sustainability.
