Siemens is offering a Building Automation Systems Project Management Internship in the Orlando area. The 10‑week program is designed for rising undergraduate juniors or sophomores to gain hands-on experience in smart buildings and sustainable infrastructure.

The internship rotates through various departments, with 80% focused on project management activities, 10% on sales exposure, and 10% on service tasks. Start dates span May to mid‑June 2027, and a 40‑hour workweek is required.

Qualifications

• Must be current undergraduate student at an accredited 4‑year U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Energy/Sustainability and Built Environment.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the 10‑week program (May–July or June–August).
• No relocation or housing stipend for this program.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and project documents to establish a project delivery plan.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate with the project team.
• Manage procurement of supplies and materials for projects.
• Participate in project cost reviews.
• Track labor resources and project progress.
• Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.
• Complete project close‑out documentation.
• Rotate through other departments to learn branch operations.
