Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Enrolled in or recently completed a 2-year technical program in HVAC controls or related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May–July or June–August).
• Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Comfortable working in rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoors.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time on job sites with Siemens technicians learning installation, programming, and service of HVAC building automation systems.
• Gain exposure to sales by spending time with the sales team and understanding customer design considerations.
• Rotate through service and project delivery teams to support installations and upgrades.
• Visit customer sites, troubleshoot, and assist in commissioning building systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to resolve drawing discrepancies and address issues.
• Document service activities and communicate system operations clearly to customers.
