Job summary

Siemens Mobility is offering a Building Automation Systems Specialist Internship in Milford, OH. This 10‑week program provides hands-on experience on HVAC automation, building systems, and service operations.

You’ll work on job sites with experienced technicians, shadow projects, and learn through on‑the‑job training and classroom instruction. You will rotate through field tech, sales exposure, and project delivery teams, gaining practical skills in installation, commissioning, diagnosing

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or state GED.
Pursuing or completed 2-year technical program in HVAC/building automation or related field.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May–July or June–August).
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

80% Field Technician Experience: on-site installation, programming, and service of HVAC automation.
10% Sales Exposure: observe customer engagement and solution design.
10% Project & Service Operations: assist in delivery and maintenance activities.
Visit customer sites to troubleshoot building systems and assist in commissioning.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and hand off to customers.
