Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a 2-year technical college pursuing HVAC/building automation or related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week program.
• Onsite work in Garfield Heights, OH; no relocation or housing stipend.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Comfortable working in varied environments (rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.).
• Hands-on role using hand tools, laptops, and other tech.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Strong communication and ability to document and explain issues to customers and team.

Responsibilities

• 80% Field Technician Experience on job sites installing, programming, and servicing HVAC automation systems.
• 10% Sales Exposure with our sales team to understand building solutions and customer engagement.
• 10% Project & Service Operations rotating with service and project delivery teams.
• Visit customer sites with technicians to troubleshoot building systems and perform maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering/project management to resolve drawing discrepancies and address challenges.
• Document service activities, train customers, and propose system upgrades for long-term value.
