Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Workforce Center Manager to oversee operations and the service delivery system of the Workforce Center, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and guiding staff in program implementation.

The role focuses on budgeting, staff development, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering excellent customer service within the workforce ecosystem. Relocation and regional travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university and five years of relevant experience, including three years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to relocate within the service delivery area.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and activities in the workforce center and makes recommendations for necessary improvements.
• Collaborates with Management in budget preparation, design, and implementation.
• Advises, mentors, trains, and motivates staff to achieve objectives and meet customer needs.
• Develops partnerships with workforce system stakeholders and maintains relationships with community organizations.
