Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in our local sales territory. You will engage small businesses and tailor Spectrum’s communication solutions to meet each client’s needs, guiding the deal from first contact to close.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in sales or telecom/tech, and strong English communication. Daily field work with some office days, company-paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
Strong reading, writing and speaking English; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses in your territory.
Conduct needs analyses to match Spectrum Business solutions to client requirements.
Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to closing.
Maintain accurate records of activities, presentations and deals using required software.
Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service quality.
Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with products and strategies.
Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
