Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business with small business clients in the assigned territory. You’ll sell data, phone, video and mobile services, guiding leads from initial contact through the final sale.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in sales (telecom/tech preferred) and a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in business/marketing.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Valid and active state driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from lead to close.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
